Hi! My name is Alexandria and I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself. I have a passion for learning and a passion for making our world a better place to be in. I have many years experience in childcare as I am the oldest of three siblings and I spent a lot of time assisting in raising them. I also have prior experience being an assistant teacher at the Children's Montessori House in West Bend. My time at the school involved working with infants, toddlers, and a 4K class. I assisted in teaching numbers, letters, colors, art, shapes, potty training, nap time, months/days, developing autonomy and independence, as well as social and practical real world skills. I view childcare as a privilege - it is a privilege to be able to assist our youth in meeting growth milestones, all while supporting them in building the confidence to apply Read more skills learned in real world scenarios. When offering childcare services, my goal is to help provide a safe and fun environment that allows children to grow and flourish by helping them access their individual skills and talents. I strongly believe providing children with empathy, safety, compassion, and encouragement brings out their greatest potential and is essential in setting them up for confidence and success in the future.
