I have always enjoyed being around people and animals. Being a caregiver (friend as I like to call myself) has always come very natural to me. I have 2 young nephews that I'm very close to and enjoy spending all my free time with them wether it's watching the same movie for the 5th time in a row or dancing around like a superstar. I've always wanted to be an Elementary school teacher so homework time is my favorite! I will never get tired of seeing a child's face when I know they just learned something new! During warmer months I like to be outside or go to the park and feed the ducks, ride bikes, or spend the day at the pool. I do attend Marshall University during the Fall on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9:00 am and 1:45 pm. I am majoring in Nursing with a minor in Read more Psychology. And Yes I feel like I am the oldest student on campus! (I will be 30 in 2 weeks) I am not married and I do not have any children of my own yet but I definitily without a doubt have that "mothering nature" My sister has to remind me all the time that her kids are not mine, lol. I've been told numerous times that I am extremely easy to talk to and can connect to just about anybody, my grandparents would say I've never met a stranger. I can cook (and healthy stuff too) I do have a pool so during the day with the permission of the parents I will take the kids swimming if they ask (BUTTT ONLY IF IT'S APPROVED) Wether you've got a house of girls or a dozen boys I do the dance classes and ball games! I am creative and I'm a huge dork when it comes to doing crafts but some kids don't like that stuff (like the older boys) and I don't force it but if they like to do crafts then we'll have plenty to do. By the way I feel like I should mention that I've been babysitting off and on since I was 14 and as I mentioned earlier Im staring 30 in the face, And I'm CPR Certified for Adults and Babies.
