Feed cats and clean litter box while we are on a short vacation

I have two cats, Bear is 15 years old and Elliott is 9 years old. I will need someone to feed the cats twice per day: 8am and 5pm, plus clean their litter box. We will be leaving on June 30 in the morning, so care needs to start on June 30 at 5pm. We will be out of town until July 3.
