We need a sitter for a week - 8 days (5/22 - 5/28) while we go on vacation. We have 2 Shih-Tzu. One is 4 and the other is 11.

Our 11-yr old is blind and on medication for kidney and heart issues that will be required daily. He is house trained but will go outside. He has a tendency to walk off because he can't see; so, he we do not recommend that he goes out unattended. He sleeps most of the time. Feeding, giving meds, and allowing to go outside would be the requirements. He eats small meals twice a day and meds are given in morning and at night, generally with meals. Meds will need to be stuffed in the food as if it were a pill pouch to be sure he takes it (he has a tendency to spit it out).

Our 4-yr old is different. He is not house trained and WILL require to be taken out on a leash or he might run off. He is not fixed so we would prefer he not be around females. Duties would include feeding and playtime. The 4-yr old loves playtime; so, a visit to a nearby dog park would be right up his alley. He is not leash trained for walking. He does more pulling instead of walking even when taken out to release himself.
