We have two dachshunds that need someone to look after then when we go out of town. One is 5 and the other 17 years old. The older dog sleeps a lot. The younger needs some ball throwing and cuddles. Both are pretty well behaved with some #2 accidents occasionally.
They eat in the morning between 8-10am and again in the evening between 5-7pm.
They need to be let out for a bathroom break first thing when they wake up. Then periodically throughout the day.

The older dog has one medication she takes in the morning for her allergies. We sometimes have to hide it in a treat.

The younger pup enjoys walks on quiet streets. The older dog can do walks but for only a block or two. She just likes to sniff a lot so it's more about that than exercise.
