Small Dog and her small bladder need a break

Working woman seeks a trusted and consistent walker to relieve her small (and cute) dog for a long walk and potty break on week days around noon.
Gerti loves people, but not other dogs, so I need someone experienced with a small dog that can pull/bark at other dogs, and will be willing to continue our training/walking rules to change the behavior.
