We are a young, busy professional couple (no kids) looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant/Home Manager to help keep our home and schedules running smoothly. We are hoping to find someone mature, dependable, and interested in building a long-term working relationship with our family.

Responsibilities would include managing multiple calendars and schedules, booking travel and reservations, coordinating appointments, handling errands such as grocery shopping and dry cleaning, and helping us stay organized overall. We would also appreciate light meal preparation a few times per week.

We have a very friendly dog named Mushroom who will also need some care and attention, including walks, organizing her food and supplies, and occasional pet-related errands.

Additional responsibilities include light housekeeping, laundry, and general household support.

Both of us work primarily in person, so we are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of tasks independently.

We anticipate needing approximately 30–35 hours per week.
