Feeding morning and night

I have two cats one black Bombay (Onyx) and one Russian Blue (Enzo). Onyx is 3 Enzo is 2. Just need someone to pop in and feed them morning 9:00am-10:00am and night between 8:00pm-9:00pm. Also clean their litter.
