Dodge (2 year old, 110lb German Shepherd/Terrier Mix) and Bingo (6 year old, 65lb Terrier) need to be walked midday. They tend to pee several times and poop once during their walk. They are walked together, but on separate leashes. Bingo has a pretty relaxed temperament (only reacts when Dodge does) while Dodge doesn't like nor trust other dogs. I avoid walking both of them near people and other pets. I tend to cross the street or walk in the bike lane to avoid confrontation. Both dogs are trained with the basic commands (sit, stay, leave it, come, down), but Bingo can be a little more hard-headed if he's distracted. A snap of the leash is a common tactic to get their attention. It's best to walk them with less leash forgiveness until it's time to use the bathroom.
