Looking for someone to check in on my dog on the days that I have to go into office.

My dogs name is Frank.

Frank is an incredibly easy dog and loves to chill. I would love to find someone who can check in on him and take him out for a quick pee. It would take max 15min. I live in an apartment building and as soon as frank walks out the lobby doors, he is ready to pee and immediately go back inside.
