Teddy, our 2 year old Basset hound/dachsund mix, needs someone to walk him and feed him on an occasional basis (when we are at the office or out of town for a day trip). Teddy is very friendly with humans and other dogs. We live in a large apartment building where the front desk can give you access to the unit. It is easy to access Rock Creek Park for walks.
