I have a German Shepard that does not like getting her nails done and does not like her tail touched, but otherwise does extremely well with grooming. She sheds like none other and needs frequent haircuts and de-shedding to keep the hair loss to a minimum. She also loves to swim, so frequent baths help with the wet dog smell.
I have a German Shepard/Husky mix who gets distracted easily, but doesn't seem to mind any part of the grooming. She is just a wiggle worm that doesn't like to sit still. She also sheds quite a bit and needs frequent haircuts and de-shedding treatments.
There is also a Puggle. He does not like grooming at all, hides from loud noises, and shakes like a leaf for every bath and brushing. With increased frequency of grooming, he gets better with it, but my work schedule has made it impossible to keep up with him. He needs extra love during his grooming appointments and frequent reminders that he's a good boy.
