Check in on Teacup Dog and take to rooftop for bathroom and stretch

I have a 1 year old teacup maltipoo (4lbs). Need someone to check in on him while I’m at work all day. Also, take him to the rooftop of my building where he can use the dog area to walk around and use the bathroom.
