need someone to stay when I go out of town and occassional walks

two dogs, Goldie very nervous, Bowser very calm and friendly. 19-year old cat. All three on meds. Flexible schedule for walking when I work weekends 12.5 hour days. Occasionally I go out of town. Goldie needs to warm up. She's very anxious but not agressive.
