feeding and letting dogs out

I need someone to come to our house and feed/ water our dogs as well as let them outside and maybe hang with them for a bit. This will be twice a day around 9am and again around 6pm.
3 year old golden doodle - GUS
1 year old mini bernadoodle- SCOOTER
