Remus is our sweet 12-year-old mixed-breed rescue. He is well trained, walks beautifully on a loose leash, and is happiest staying home while we travel.

He has Congestive Heart Failure, so following his routine is important. He needs 3 visits/day, usually around 8-9am, 3-4pm, and 9-10pm, with some flexibility. Each visit includes his meal, medication, and a walk. His medication is given as treats, so no pilling or injections are needed. One of his 3 walks should be short to keep his activity low.

Remus is house-trained and has backyard access between visits. He may occasionally get sick, and any vomit needs to be cleaned up promptly (when possible) so he doesn’t eat it.

We’re looking for a dependable, caring sitter who is comfortable with a senior dog and will keep an eye out for any changes in how he is feeling.
