My dog is super hyper and needs at least an hour walk a day.
She is reactive and does know commands but will take advantage of you if you let your guard down. the closer the proximity to the thing she's reacting too the more hyper she gets. she is NOT aggressive and will not bite you, she just overall wants to run and play with everyone.

I need someone who can walk her when I'm out of town and not treat her like she's a criminal.
