My wife and I are looking to hire someone to watch our cats when we are on vacation. We have four very friendly cats who are easy to look after since we have automatic feeders and litter boxes. Our primary need is for someone who can provide medications to our asthmatic cat and the cat with stage 4 kidney disease. The asthmatic cat needs an inhaler twice daily and is well trained on it. The kidney disease cat requires twice daily oral medication as well as once daily subcutaneous fluids. He likes to hide at medication times, but generally takes it well--albeit with some grumbling. Generally making sure water is topped off, occasionally unblocking the automatic feeders, and changing a litter bag if we are away for longer is also needed.

We may be willing to train on subQ fluids, but would prefer someone with experience.

First trip needing coverage is 9/7 - 9/11. We usually need longer coverage 1-2/year + weekends every few months.
