Two dogs need someone to check in twice a day

One of our dogs is older and we no longer take them to the kennel. We'd like someone to stop by, let them outside, make sure they go to the bathroom, and then let them back in. If the older one accidentally goes to the bathroom in the house, a quick clean up would be needed.
Anything more is a bonus!
