My wife and I need some sporadic pet care during the few trips that we take during the year. We have 3 cats and an elderly German Shepherd (11 y/o).

Cats we just need someone to check on food & water, we have two litter robots that should handle all the litterbox needs.

Our dog is a bit anxious, so we need someone that can develop a relationship with him where he won't be scared if they come over to take him for a walk and take him out, etc. He is very well behaved and can be walk easily with our Gentle Lead. He doesn't pull or drag when walked.

To establish a good relationship, ideally we'd get someone to come over and take him for a walk a few times leading up to the first overnight trip where we leave the dog at home. Eventually, we'd like to get to the point where we can take a 1-2 day weekend trip and someone can come over and take the dog out and feed him 3-4 times each day we're gone.
