Dog Walker 1 mile & Play time

Sadie is a 1.5 year old miniature golden doodle. I would like to have her walked roughly 1 mile around 1pm, water refreshed and around 10-15 minutes of play time before returning her to her pen. No more than a total of 1 hour of time spent.
