dog walk for Lucy

i have a German Shepard named lucy she is 11 years old and i need someone to come and walk her and make sure she use the restroom while i am at work. she is well behaved with people but slight aggression toward other dogs. though it is easy to steer her away when she does act up just due to her being a old lady. if you can help id really appreciate it
