Hey parents! My name is Aileen Rangel and I am 20 years old. My experience with babysitting has started within my own family. I have always been in charge of taking care of my sister, niece, and nephew when they were little kids. To this day I still continue to occasionally babysit my three year old niece and have no trouble doing so.
