About Me – Shadae Bailey Richards Hello! My name is Shadae Bailey Richards, and I’m a 30-year-old mom of two wonderful boys — one is 3 years old and the other is 9 years old with an intellectual disability. Being a mother has taught me patience, understanding, and the importance of nurturing every child’s unique needs and abilities. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing my nursing degree, which has strengthened my knowledge of child development, communication, and care. I’m hardworking, honest, kind, and always willing to learn new things. Why I Love Being a Sitter: I truly love being a sitter because caring for children brings me joy.
