Hello! My name is Posi (pronounced poe-zee) Samo. I am 24 years old, living in Brookhaven, Georgia and I’m looking to pick up some babysitting jobs for some extra income. I’m currently the lead toddler teacher at Early Emory Inclusive Preschool. I’ve been at this school full time for almost 3 years now, but i also worked there part time while I was a student at Emory University. I have experience with both neurotypical and neurodiverse children, specifically those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. I am both CPR and First Aid certified, and I am very familiar with ABA practices and techniques. Because I do work full time, I am only available weekday evenings after 5:00pm and weekends. Professionally, I have worked with children aged 1-5, but have years and years of volunteer experience at my local churches in the nurseries with infants as well. It’s so fulfilling being part of their growth and learning each day, and being around them is a constant reminder of how much love we as human beings have inside of us! I prioritize safety and comfort with all of the children I take care of, and do my best to build and maintain strong bonds and connections with both the children and their families. I am very detail-oriented and pride myself on asking a lot of clarifying questions and taking extra steps to make sure things run as smoothly as possible.
