I have several years of experience in childcare and babysitting, working with children of various ages and developmental levels. I also have three years of hands-on experience working with children with special needs through ABA therapy, where I supported daily routines, behavior goals, and individualized care plans. I am very familiar with assisting children with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including brushing teeth, hygiene routines, dressing, and clean-up, while encouraging independence and positive reinforcement. In addition to direct childcare, I am highly skilled in housekeeping, organization, and maintaining a clean and structured environment. I am detail-oriented and understand how a neat, calm space supports children’s learning and emotional regulation. Families and employers trust me to provide safe, attentive, and compassionate care.
