Hi, my name is Nicy and I am a college nursing student with plans to specialize in pediatrics after graduation, and I currently work as a nurse technician at OU Children's Hospital. Through my work, I care for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, helping meet their physical and emotional needs while creating a safe, supportive environment. I love working with children because I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and feel comfortable, and I find it incredibly rewarding to build positive relationships with both kids and their families. My experience in pediatric healthcare has strengthened my communication, patience, safety awareness, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations. I am passionate about providing compassionate, reliable care and serving as a positive role model, and I strive to create a fun, engaging environment where children feel happy and parents feel confident knowing their children are in good hands.
