Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I truly enjoy spending time with children—supporting their growth, sharing joy in everyday moments, and creating a safe space where they feel seen and cared for. Whether we’re doing crafts, playing games, or winding down with a story, I bring calm, creativity, and connection to each moment. What experience do you have? I’m currently a teacher working as a resource teacher, supporting students across all elementary grade levels. I’ve taught toddlers, preschool, kindergarten, and second grade, and I’ve worked with children in classroom, summer camp, and home settings. With experience across early childhood and elementary ages, I know how to meet kids where they are and help them thrive. What skills and training do you have? I’m a certified teacher with a Master’s in Teaching and additional coursework in special education, early childhood development, and ESL. I’m Read more trained in trauma-informed care and social-emotional learning, and I always lead with empathy and patience. I’m also CPR/First Aid certified, and I bring strong communication and reliability to every family I work with.
