Hi families! My name is Taylen, and I have over 8 years of childcare experience working with children ranging from newborns to 14 years old. Throughout the years, I’ve worked with numerous families through both regular babysitting and long-term nanny positions, including caring for infants, school-aged children, and multiple children at once. In addition to my childcare experience, I have previously worked as an EMT and as a PCA for a child with special needs, and I am CPR certified. These experiences have strengthened my ability to remain calm, attentive, and prepared in a variety of situations. I genuinely enjoy working with children and creating an environment where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I love incorporating outdoor activities, creative play, age-appropriate learning, and fun outings into our days while maintaining consistency with each family’s routines and parenting preferences.
