Dayana has worked as a nanny for my two children from January 2025 – present. She has been an amazing, trusted, and wonderful asset to my children’s lives! It has been so wonderful for me to be able to go to work while feeling completely secure in her ability to care for them! Dayan plays games, reads books, takes the children for outings and to nearby activities such as playgrounds and restaurants. She keeps the children well-engaged and participates with them in their interests and activities throughout the day. Dayana has excellent communication skills, self-initiates, is kind, caring, and ethical. She works hard to accommodate our needs as a family, particularly my son who has special needs. Dayana went out of her way to make our children feel safe, loved, and cared for. She adapted seamlessly to the needs of the children and keeps them in a consistent and thoughtful routine. She prepares their meals and assists them with tasks of daily living such as putting on shoes and helping them cleanup their toys. I am confident that she will move forward into all her future endeavors with the same dedication, kindness, and effort she invests into my children.
