Hello everyone, my name is Amadee and I am so excited to be on this site and to get to introduce myself to you all! I am 22 years old and from McAllen, TX and moved to LA a few months ago. I grew up raising my two younger brothers and watching many younger cousins. I just graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Marketing. I have watched kids for the last 8 years with my most recent family being a family of 4 kids (3 girls and 1 boy) aged 10 - 4. I have worked at a childcare development center on campus as well during my time in college. I am CPR and First-Aid certified with a clean driving record. I am very anti- screen and iPad as I prefer activities outside, with the hands, or arts and crafts. My favorite things to Read more do with the kids I watch are go on walks in gardens, swim, bake, go to the playground, arts and crafts, and dance parties. I have three families who I routinely babysat for that can provide references on my behalf. I love to be a guide in music and art for your children in addition to helping your child better understand their emotions and feelings. I think meeting children where they are at is extremely important in the relationships you build with them. There is a different way to connect to each child and no way is the same.
