I was a nanny for 12 years before I recently decided to go back to school full-time. In my experience I have nannied for children as young as 6 weeks to as old as 17. I was originally a nursing major, so I have all the prerequisites for nursing school and have CNA experience, which can be very helpful when caring for children regarding their health and safety. In addition, I also am CPR certified (Spring 2017) and have taken the First Aid class previously. I enjoy working with children because they are so cute and can teach you so much. I love to help them accomplish their developmental milestones and seeing their little faces light up with happiness, at the feeling of their own accomplishments, its just priceless!
