Hello Families! My name is Alma and I am a caring, patient, and responsible person who truly enjoys working with children. I have almost one year of experience working as a daycare assistant with children ages 3–5. I also completed a five-year university program in Primary Education in Albania. As a mother, I raised my son, who is now 25 years old, and I have helped care for my nieces and other children in my extended family. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, kindness, responsibility, and understanding each child’s individual needs. I enjoy helping children learn and grow, participating in age-appropriate activities, and creating a safe, happy, and positive environment where they feel comfortable and cared for.
