She was a great caregiver, and our children really enjoyed her presence. During the few months she worked with us, we had no issues with her while she was on the job. However, communication was a challenge at times. She called out fairly often due to understandable circumstances such as car trouble or illness, and we were flexible and accommodating with her schedule—especially after she took on a second job. We adjusted our needs to make it work for both parties. Unfortunately, she eventually stopped responding to our messages, including one instance where she failed to confirm her availability less than 24 hours before we needed her. While we appreciated her time with us, clearer and more consistent communication would have made the experience more reliable.
