Hi, I'm Julia! I'm 19 years old and have been working in childcare for the past four years. I have a strong passion for working with children and supporting families. I currently work as a resident substitute teacher at an elementary school in Hagerstown, MD (since 2024), where I work with school-aged children, including those with special needs. This role has helped me build strong patience, adaptability, and classroom management skills. I'm currently looking for summer opportunities as well as evening and weekend opportunities. I previously worked full time at a daycare, where I earned childcare certifications, and I also have hands on experience helping care for my four younger siblings.
