My 1 and 3 year old loved Norma. She had them giggling within minutes of walking in. I felt very comfortable leaving them with her after spending an hour or so watching her with them. When we got home we could hear her singing and playing with the kids and everyone was happy! Would definitely recommend her and hope to use her again very soon!

Norma jumped right in and my boys were immediately engaged and laughing. We got updates throughout the night and Norma left our home tidier than she found it. Couldn’t be happier!

Norma was amazing! This was our first time using any babysitter, and we were nervous with handing off our newborn to a stranger. Norma was super professional and experienced but wrapped up in a kind and charming package. She arrived early to go over stuff with us and logged all her activity with the baby on a notepad. You can tell her pro training with this detailed log and the age specific activities she engaged in with our baby. She also sang to and carried our baby a bunch. The icing on the cake is that she was both flexible and understanding when we were running late on our date and needed to extend the time.

Norma was wonderful. She is very warm and it's clear she has a real gift with little ones. I was very impressed with how she jumped right in, and my baby was so comfortable with Norma right off the bat.
