I really enjoy getting to know kids and older adults, understanding their personalities, and learning with them. I started babysitting neighborhood kids when I was a teen and found it to be rewarding work. I'm also the oldest sibling so I cared for my little sister when my mother was away. Once I was old enough to drive, I would take us on fun outings and pick kids up from school. For older adults, I have a great respect for providing high quality care to meet their unique needs. They are adults but some require firm boundaries to remain safe in their homes. I have an Associate's degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations and Business. I am patient but priotize safety. I appreciate clear communication and setting expectations. I am energetic and creative.
