Dear Sittercity Family, I am excited to introduce myself and offer my childcare experience to your family through Sittercity. I have extensive experience working with children from infancy through the preschool years, with a strong background in Montessori education, early childhood development, and individualized care. Throughout my career, I have worked directly with young children as a lead teacher and have supported children with a wide range of developmental needs. I have experience caring for infants and toddlers, supporting children with gross motor development, establishing positive routines, assisting with toileting and self-care, preparing age-appropriate activities, and creating nurturing environments where children feel safe, confident, and valued. I currently work in early childhood education leadership, where I support teachers, families, and young children. My professional experience has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively with parents, understand children’s individual needs, and maintain a calm and dependable approach even during challenging moments. I enjoy building meaningful relationships with children, encouraging their independence, engaging them in activities that support their development, and providing the consistency and care that families can trust.
