Hey there! My name is Ali, and I have LOTS of experience with kids! I grew up as the eldest child with three younger siblings, have done summer nanny jobs, other babysitting gigs, and have worked for a few months at The Boys and Girls Club, and will continue my work there during the school year. I am a mandated reporter and am studying social work at school, and I plan to be a child therapist someday! I love working with kids, and my favorite thing ever is learning what a kid needs and likes. Not just basic things, like their favorite foods or toys they enjoy, but really, really understanding them, like what they need in a moment of stress, or what kind of environment helps them focus.
