Hello, I’m a warm, dependable, and experienced caregiver with more than 10 years of experience working with children and families. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a concentration in child welfare and trauma informed care, and much of my professional background has focused on supporting children through a variety of developmental, behavioral, emotional, and family needs. I have experience working with children with autism, mental health concerns, behavioral challenges, and trauma histories. My approach is patient, nurturing, structured, and individualized because I understand that every child communicates, learns, and responds differently. I am mental health certified and CPR certified, and my education and professional experience have given me a strong foundation in child development, safety, emotional regulation, crisis awareness, and positive communication. Personally, I am caring, responsible, organized, and easygoing. I enjoy creating a safe environment where children can feel comfortable, have fun, learn, and be themselves.
