Hello, My name is Monica, I have many years experience working with young children. I would love to be your nanny if you think I'd make a good fit for your family. I currently reside in the San Fernando valley. A bit about myself: I have worked as a Teacher in a family owned daycare while i attendeded college. I then began my internship hours at a private school in Sylmar & once I completed two semesters of internship hours I was hired fulltime as a Preschool teacher & i worked there for 8 years. I then worked at a daycare for a few years. Then with the Pandemic I began to Nanny for a family with three children. I loved helping the children reach their milestones while keeping the parents up to date on every new milestone. Keeping children safe & happy is always important to me. I am Read more flexible when changes arise & i can also follow a strict schedule to fit the needs of every parent. I am Bilingual, organized, and i enjoy helping others get organized. I am CPR certified, a Non-smoker, with a clean record. I love all pets/animals and children and animals love me too. I’d be happy to provide references from Co-workers, Parents, or a letter of recommendation from the Private school. If you have any questions feel free to message me, I look forward to hearing from you!

She was fantastic with our son from day one. Always on time, never had to remind her of anything, and genuinely cared about him. She was the best nanny we could have found for our first born boy. He still asks for her years later and we sometimes we get together. Thank you for everything Monica!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Monica for the past 2.5 years, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She provided exceptional care for our son from the time he was 6 months old through age 3, and she has truly been an invaluable part of our family during that time. Monica is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She has a natural ability to connect with children and consistently created a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for our son. What sets her apart is her thoughtful approach to child development—she went above and beyond to engage our son in age-appropriate learning activities, helping him progress through important developmental milestones. She played a key role in teaching him foundational skills such as numbers and letters, and she was instrumental in supporting his potty training with encouragement and consistency. We always appreciated how intentional she was about fostering both his emotional and cognitive growth. Beyond her professionalism and dedication, Monica brought genuine care and positivity into our home every day. We are incredibly grateful for the time she spent with our family and the strong foundation she helped build for our son. As our son transitions to full-time preschool, we are sadly parting ways, but only because of this new chapter—not because of any lack of fit. We wholeheartedly recommend Monica to any family looking for a dependable, nurturing, and developmentally focused caregiver.

Monica worked with us for two years, she helped us with 3 children who all love her, she is still the first person we think of and trust in case of an emergency or if we need backup care and she's also on our list of guests when we celebrate birthdays, she became our family and we highly recommend her to any parent who wants to hire a loving, kind, peaceful, energetic and fun nanny.
