Our experience was disappointing. Reliable transportation and communication were part of the agreement when hired, but repeated transportation issues led to missed work and ultimately no response to messages about returning to the position. There were also frequent requests for raises, while the level of work and consistency did not reflect the expectations discussed for the role. Families relying on dependable childcare should take these factors into consideration.

I needed a last minute babysitter and Mya was very flexible to accommodate our needs. She took care of my baby very well - played with him, changed him, followed his nap and feeding schedules. She was also comfortable handling our 2 dogs at home. She will definitely be one of our go-to sitters!
