Hello! My name is Hannah Mae Weber, and I go by Mae. A little bit about me, I am the oldest of three siblings. Both of my siblings have autism, which has inspired me to specialized in caring for special needs children. I am a cellist, and a vocalist. I believe, through the arts we learn about ourselves and the world around us. This philosophy is at the forefront of my childcare approach. Additionally, my approach is gentle with a focus on mutual understanding and communication. I strive to incorporate the outside and play as much as possible. Creativity and pretend are integral to my work with children. I have been working in child care for seven years.
