Hi! My name is Amanda, and I recently moved to Phoenix for a mechanical engineering job. I work full-time as a project engineer, but I’ve always enjoyed working with kids and love babysitting on weeknights or weekends. Most recently, I babysat twice a week for a wonderful 9-year-old girl in Tucson, where I helped with dinners and kept her engaged with fun activities like going to the park, doing arts and crafts, and creating a positive evening routine. Before that, I spent two years in high school nannying for a 7-year-old girl, supporting her with homework, tutoring, meal prep, and house chores, while making sure to keep things active and enjoyable. I’m an active, patient person who enjoys being hands-on with kids, whether that means helping with schoolwork, coming up with creative activities, or simply providing a safe and supportive environment.
