Phylicia was absolutely phenomenal with our 3 year old son. He is non verbal and on the spectrum, so it was important for us to find someone patient and understanding. She surpassed our expectations. He warmed up to her very quickly. She was great with anticipating his needs and communicating with us throughout the night! Definitely will be our new go-to for our family!
