Hello! My name is Justice Lane, and I currently work as a Kids Club Associate at Gold’s Gym, where I supervise and engage children in a safe, active, and structured environment. I’m comfortable with toddlers, school-aged kids, and groups, and I bring a calm, patient presence to every setting. I have a diverse background in childcare, mental health support, and customer service, giving me a well-rounded skillset for working with children of all needs and temperaments. Previously, I worked as a mental health aide in a psychiatric hospital, supporting children and adults on the autism spectrum or with learning disabilities. This helped me develop strong skills in emotional regulation, safety awareness, and responding to individual needs with empathy and patience. I’ve also spent over five years in customer service, which strengthened my communication skills with both parents and kids.
