Hi! My name is Katie, and I have several years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I began volunteering in my church nursery and childcare programs at the age of 12, which helped me develop a strong foundation in patience, responsibility, and caring for children in a safe and nurturing environment. As the oldest of four siblings, I also naturally grew into a caregiver role at home, helping with daily routines, schoolwork, and supervision. Professionally, I have worked in both a daycare setting and at a resort where I interacted with families and children regularly. Through these experiences, I have worked with children as young as 4 weeks old up to 14 years old. I am comfortable handling a wide range of needs including bottle feeding, diaper changes, playtime activities, homework help, and maintaining structure and routines. I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and parents feel confident.
