I haven't gotten the chance to meet Shom in person yet, but my mother was home the day she helped out with my 2y3m old son. My mom told me that she jumped in immediately, getting on his level to play and that he fell in love. She sent me updates and pictures throughout the day of what they were doing, which I loved. She's been great with communication, and I can't wait to have her back.
