Hi! I’m Tara, I'm originally from Ocean City, MD but moved down to FL to be close to my boyfriend. (We've been together since high school). I grew up playing sports and I love helping kids grow, learn, and have fun in a safe, supportive environment! I recently graduated with my Master’s in Health and Human Performance and obtained my Bachelor’s in Sports & Exercise Psychology from WVU, and I’m a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with CPR training. Along with my love for coaching and sports, for the past five years, I’ve coached youth athletes aged 8–18. Leading classes with up to 10–12 kids per session. Through my experience it has taught me how to manage and organize a busy environment while keeping each child engaged and supported.
