I've always loved being a babysitter because it allows me to build valuable life skills that I will need in the future, such as patience, kindness, empathy, and responsibility. Not only do I benefit from such a positive experience like this, but so do the kids. I have the ability to form a positive impact on their lives while making their time with me enjoyable. I advocate for creativity, playfulness, affection, and communication in all children. I have a little over two years of experience with child care, ranging from 4 years old up to 12 years old. My responsibilities during that time included basic child care, driving them home from school and practices, running errands with them for the parents, taking them to playdates, hosting their playdates, helping with schoolwork, and ensuring that they are fed. On top of my experience with working with children, I also have a Read more niece and a nephew who are 1 and 3 that I babysit for frequently. I am CPR and first aid certified, and I have CNA work experience on top of clinical setting exposure. I am a 21 year old student at Colorado Mesa University, going into the medical field, which involves tons of patient care and interaction, and I know based on my experiences that I am a great childcare provider.
